Hello clients and Bay Area pet owners who discovered this post. I wanted to let you know we'll be hosting a Pet First Aid & CPR Class at Diablo Dog (725 Alhambra Ave, Martinez, Ca) 11AM-2:30PM on November 23rd.

• How to resolve a choking emergency
• When and how to administer Rescue Breathing and CPR
• How to control bleeding
• How to treat penetrating chest wounds, embedded objects and evisceration
• How to treat burns (thermal, chemical & electrical)
• How to recognize shock
• How to recognize and treat cold and heat related injuries
• What to do in the event of poisoning or a snake bite
• How to care for sudden injury or illness
• Participants should be at least 14 years old
• Participants should be able to undertake moderate physical activity
• Students receive a copy of First Aid for Dogs (ISBN: 978-0-9954900-0-0)
and a Certificate of Completion
